A modern, operator-friendly HMI system designed for a complex multi-axis production machine with real-time process visualisation.
Challenge
The existing HMI was outdated, unintuitive, and lacked proper alarm management. Operators needed a modern interface for a complex multi-axis system.
Solution
We designed a state-of-the-art HMI with custom UI components, comprehensive alarm management, trend logging, and live process visualisation — all integrated with the existing Siemens PLC backbone.
Outcome
Operator satisfaction improved significantly. The new alarm management system reduced response times to process deviations and simplified troubleshooting.
